Unless indicated otherwise we will only require 1 authorised signature on any Business Documentation.

Business Password

Business Contacts will need to know, and will be asked for, the password before we can discuss any matters relating to your business with them.

Passwords should be at least 8 characters in length and include at least 1 alphabetical and 1 numerical character.

I am aware that as part of the application process the Membership Team will carry out company checks. If these checks highlight any concerns they will contact us and our application will not progress until these concerns are resolved.

The Membership Team may also wish to undertake Director/Owner/Partner background checks and may use Credit Referencing and Fraud Prevention Agencies to do so.

Data Protection Statement
In accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998, your personal details will be treated confidentially. They may be disclosed to a credit reference, or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information and that they may disclose that information, and the fact a credit search was made to other agencies for the purposes of assessing the risk of giving credit, for account management, to trace debtors and for the prevention of fraud and money laundering.


Once your Application has been reviewed, and accepted, you will be invited to become a Business Member and issued with an invoice.

At that time we may also ask you to provide further information relating to your business. This may include:

  1. Certificate of Incorporation (for companies, LLPs)
  2. Copy of a Passport and/or Driving License (for sole traders)
  3. Copy of a recent Utility Bill or Bank Statement (for sole traders)
